What we collect
When you send the request form we receive your name, phone number, postal code, the service you need, and anything else you choose to add, such as your email address or details about your equipment. We also note which page you sent the form from.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your request, book and carry out the visit, and send you records of the work. If you tick the text message box, we’ll text you appointment updates. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and kept only as long as we need them for your service history and our legal and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email service@assurancehvac.ca or call (416) 555-0142.
