Why we’re called Assurance
Most people call an HVAC company on a bad day. The heat is out, the AC is blowing warm air, or the water heater is leaking. On a day like that you want two things: someone qualified, and no surprises on the bill.
So we built the company around exactly that. Licensed technicians, a flat price you approve before work starts, a confirmed arrival window, and a written warranty on what we do. The name is there to remind us, every visit.

After the diagnosis you get a flat-rate price for the job. Nothing is done until you say yes, and the price doesn’t change halfway through.

We confirm a two-hour window when we book and text you when the technician is on the way, so you’re not waiting around all day.
